Rhwng locdown, Ionawr sych ac Ionawr tlawd ar ôl Dolig, mae mis cynta'r flwyddyn yn boen i fusnesau a dyda ni ddim gwahanol. Er gwaetha hyn i gyd, mae'n gyfle i ni fel bragdy sydd yn cynhyrchu nifer bach o gwrw ym mhob batch, i ailstocio ar ôl cyfnod prysur y Nadolig.

Mae Dan y bragwr yn brysur yn bragu ac yn potelu i drio cael cwrw nôl ar y silffoedd cynted â phosib, yn y gobaith bydd pethau'n gwella ym mis Chwefror ac at y gwanwyn.

Mae'r cyfnod tawel 'ma'n gyfle i ni fynychu cyrsiau rhithiol gan Cywain a'r Hwb Mentrer a chynllunio ar gyfer y flwyddyn o'n blaen.

Rydym wedi ein syfrdanu gyda'r gefnogaeth rydym wedi ei dderbyn mewn cyfnod mor anodd, ac mae'n argoeli'n dda ar gyfer y dyfodol i ni felly. Os medrwn ni lwyddo yn ystod Pandemig mae 'na obaith y medrwn oresgyn unrhyw beth debyg!

Byddwn felly'n manteisio ar bob cyfle a chefnogaeth gan y llywodraeth er mwyn cynllunio ar gyfer ehangu. Mae gennym ni ambell beth i'w gysidro a byddwn yn rhannu gyda chi unwaith fydd pethau yn eu lle. Daw dydd y daw mawr y rhai bychan yn de!

Yn y cyfamser, rydym yn gwerthfawrogi'r sylw rydym wedi ei dderbyn yn y wasg Gymreig gan gynnwys papur bro ein tref enedigol, Llafar Bro; Sylw gan Heno ar S4C deirgwaith; a chyfle i drafod busnes newydd gyda Radio Cymru fwy nag unwaith. This month is a nightmare for businesses, not excluding breweries, with it being another lockdown, dry January and for many, a skint January. We're trying to make the most of it to re-stock after a busy Christmas.

Dan the brewer is busy brewing and bottling so that we have beer back on the shelves by February, in the hope that we will see an improvement as spring approaches. 

This quiet period is also a good opportunity for us to attend online courses run by Cywain and Hwb Menter, and plan for the year ahead.

We're overwhelmed with the support we've had during this difficult time, and it foretells a good future for us. After all, if we can succeed during a pandemic then we are confident that we can overcome anything.

 We will try to take advantage of anything the government can offer us in terms of financial help as we look to expand. We have a few options to consider and we will let you know our plans once we've dotted the 'i's and crossed the 't's . From small acorns and all that! 

In the meantime, we're very happy to have been supported by the Welsh media including an article in the community paper Llafar Bro in our home town; a mention on S4C's Heno programme three times; and an opportunity to talk about our new business more than once on Radio Cymru. I have enclosed a link to a pdf of a glossy foodie magazine where we have been mentioned on page 12 and 13.
